When you enter the pod it creates an environment that free from gravity and sensory input (light and sound). 24/7 Filtration When Not in Use, Under-Body Heater, Lobby Control System & Session Control, Ozone Purification, and Ultraviolet Purifications.

Without the constant noise of analyzing the world around you, your body lowers its levels of cortisol, the main chemical component of stress. Your brain releases elevated levels of dopamine and endorphins. Not having to fight gravity lets your muscles, joints, and bones take a well-deserved break. Your body suddenly has loads of extra resources, which it gets to focus on things like healing and resting.

About Us

We are a local independent business created out of passion, enthusiasm and a belief that floating, as a practice, can help maintain balance and initiate change. The Floatation environment in a Float Tank is an amazingly simple yet powerful tool that can enhance one’s overall living experience. Whether you use it for personal development, physiological benefits, psychological benefits or a combination of sorts, we believe it has the ability to deeply aid and impact anyone who sets forth into the float.

A Little Backstory

Our entrepreneurial journey began in 2013. During that time there were no float centers, let alone trying to convince our friends and family what floating is. We decided to purchase an Oasis tank, after learning about the amazing benefits that floating offered people in terms of alleviating pain and stress to name a few. We renovated our home to cater to the needs of a home based float center where we came to realize that this is what we are destined for, to provide this amazing environment - the float tank, to our friends and family. Falling in love with the practice of floating, we began to grow our clientele and opened a commercial location in fall of 2014. We are grateful to our Family, Friends and our growing Float Family. Our vision remained unmoved and our goals unchanged. We were determined to show how therapeutic floating truly is.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a clean, relaxed and unique environment, for people of all walks of life. We believe in fostering rest and recovery through the practice of floating in a floatation tank, optimizing mental and physical wellbeing.

Meet Katerina Owner of Pastel Tides Body Care I have been obsessed with the relaxing smells and vibrant colors of bath bombs for years and one day decided to look into what ingredients actually go into these fun and fizzy bath mates. I was displeased with my findings because many of my go-to bath bombs contained […]

First Float Experience

I had heard about floating through a mutual friend who had tried it and was immediately hooked. She used the floating process to gain mental clarity and a deeper sense of body awareness. Given that I was born high-strung—my natural state of being could probably be likened to an alarm clock: loud, tense, vibratory—floating seemed […]
